The picture of my life has always been etched by curiosity.
As an expat child, born in Belgium to British parents, I started my life literally learning about the new environments that accompany being part of a family moving frequently between Europe and the U.S. One of my adaptation skills was getting people to open up about themselves, a survival skill that helped me bond with new friends and assimilate to different cultures. Once I became an adult, my inquisitive spirit allowed me to break through superficial relationships and invest in deep, dynamic connections rooted in understanding, empathy, and acceptance.
What I discovered by asking the right questions was that no matter their age, career, or background, every person just wants to feel seen, be heard, and stand out in a world that rewards conformity. When individuals finally feel empowered to use their voices, they no longer worry about others raising their eyebrows at their rebellion – they allow their values to guide their next steps and live boldly on their own terms! Everything in their life is elevated.
After working in the corporate world alongside people with different personalities, perspectives, and backgrounds, I developed a keen understanding of what motivates individuals in their careers. Entrepreneurs, executives, and emerging leaders all possess abundant grit, courage, and unrelenting passion for success, but many are still held back by limiting beliefs and external resistance.
My work with clients is co-creative and aligned with my own passion of helping each person realize their capacity and unlimited potential.
