Caryn Mefford is Founder & CEO of My Pocket CEO, a business idea sparked by 15 years of listening, learning and identifying strategies and solutions to support Business Owners and Emerging Leaders reach their business and personal growth goals.

Caryn has an acute interest in understanding the unique challenges that professionals and business owners face. Throughout her career she has developed a keen understanding about her client’s complex journey to success. Entrepreneurs, Executives, and Emerging Leaders all possess abundant grit, courage and unrelenting passion for success. Caryn’s unique coaching style combines tactical, specific and measurable strategies with intentional focus on threading, humanity, kindness and abundant mindset into all and every part of the Business Achievement Plan. Her work with clients and organizations is co-creative and literally aligned with her own passion of helping each person realize their unlimited potential.

Caryn earned certification in Collaborative Coaching, Life Coaching, and Business Coaching by the International Federation of Coaches & The Coaching Training Alliance. Caryn’s focus is on supporting Executives, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs to decode, define and achieve their personal and business development goals. Caryn has a 20 year background in Digital Marketing, Strategic Planning, Delivering Superior Customer Experiences, Branding and Sales. Caryn has served on several non-profit boards including the Edwardsville Art Center, The Edwardsville Children’s Museum, the American Parkinson’s Disease Association and is currently Scholarship Chair for the Edwardsville Community Foundation.

Caryn is a lifelong learner, philanthropist, a nurturer of all humans and their experiences, and an avid reader. She nourishes her own self through travel, fitness and sharing this human experience with her beloved family and friends.
